Customer Service Representative - Call Center, Salina Street

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all callers to SCHC. Serves customers by answering phones, scheduling, canceling or changing appointments, gathering needed information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements include: Excellent oral and written communications and telephone etiquette. Knowledge and proficiency of inbound call center systems or multiple line switchboards. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Bi-lingual a plus. Associates degree required. Experience in medical-related or medical insurance field preferred. Two years customer demonstrated service experience, preferable in an in-bound call center or with multiple line switchboards.
