Family Physician and Family Nurse Practioner

Syracuse Community Health Center is seeking a Family Physician and a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our exciting team. We are a progressive multi-specialty facility recruiting committed medical staff to provide medical services in an ambulatory care facility. Our mission is to provide quality health care services to all individuals with a commitment to those who might otherwise be excluded from the health care system, while remaining cost effective, efficient, and competitive.
