Member Retention Representative - Total Care
(Full Time FTE - 100%) Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
This position assumes primary responsibility for effectively retaining the member enrollment in Medicaid Managed Care, Family Health Plus and Child Health Plus by Total Care, Inc. according to established retention standards. Member Retention Representative make outbound calls to those customers who fit a potential churn profile to proactively and creatively resolve all customer issues in order to “win back” and/or retain the customer and ensure that department level service agreements are met. Track, trend and communicate information to management in an effort to improve customer-retaining processes. Must have HSD or GED, College degree or coursework preferred. 1-2 years of Managed Care Sales/Customer Relations experience required (Public sector Managed Care experience a plus).
