Membership Enrollment Coordinator - Total Care
(Full Time FTE 100%) Mon. - Fri. 8:30am - 5:15pm
Ensures accurate and timely processing of enrollment and billing for groups that require specialized enrollment and billing procedures including government controlled groups. Requires excellent communication skills. Ability to focus on details and establish accurate and timely follow-up systems. Ability to work independently. Must possess excellent keyboarding skills and have working knowledge of Microsoft office software (including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). Associate Degree in General Business or three or five years equivalent experience. Minimum of two years experience in commercial insurance setting, preferably with membership processing. Proven skills in Customer Service position required.
