Center for Health and Wellness (Patient Education Center)
Health Education & Information Located on the second floor at Syracuse Community Health Center's 819 South Salina Street location, the Patient Education Center is a key element of Syracuse Community Health Center's ongoing efforts to help eliminate health disparities and improve the health status of our patient population. The Patient Education Center is an educational resource center where patients receive information to learn how to live with, avoid, cure, or better manage certain diagnoses. The Center is home to a complete collection of periodicals, books, CDs, brochures, videos, medical databases and the corresponding information technology necessary to provide comprehensive health information. All educational material is consumer friendly, culturally relevant and easy-to-read. Hours: Monday thru Friday 9AM - 5PM |
